100kw Direct gas fired, re-circulating air 250 deg C +/- 2 deg C Box oven
Sheet hang's vertically on special conveyor. Automatic PLC based loading, timed heat soak,
and unloading system. Maximum polycarbonate sheet size 3m x 2m.

Application: Used to soften plastic sheets prior to forming.

24kw Electrically heated, re-circulating air 200 deg C Box Oven with Guillotine door. The oven has a 3m x 1.5m pull out table allowing the operator to work outside of oven chamber when loading and unloading . A door activated switch turns off the fan and heating when the door is opened.
